  • one to one support to improve your overall fitness level, strength, core strength, posture, flexibility, weight loss, nutrition for exercise, postnatal recovery, exercise for back pain, injury rehabilitation.

  • a free consultation comes with your first booking where your health and fitness levels can be assessed and to identify your training aims.

  •  exercise prescription; exercises to perform between training sessions.

  • all ages and fitness levels supported

Postnatal Pilates classes - bring your baby

Thursdays 10.45-11.45am Lordship Hub, Lordship Rec, Tottenham N17 6NU

Classes are available as a half termly block, £70 for 7 weeks or pro rata

if you join midway.

This half term ends 12/12/19

Next course begins Jan 2020

NB: please ensure that you have had your postnatal check with your GP and are ready for postnatal exercise prior to participation.

This check should be at 6-8 weeks post vaginal delivery and 8 -12 weeks post Caesarean section.
